The mission of the CHIC through a coalition of representatives from public and private organizations, advocates and is accountable for monitoring and coordinating culturally competent health promotion efforts that enhance healthy community living for all residents of Crawford County, and residents of counties covered by our partnering organizations which extends throughout the Northwest PA region.
