Vaccination rates among Pennsylvania kindergartners last year continued on a downward trajectory, with measles vaccinations dipping well below the level doctors say is needed to prevent outbreaks, according to new data from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
The trend aligns with the steadily falling rates for all vaccinations required to begin school in Pennsylvania since 2018-19.
